    Q. Hi, thanks for your answers, but I need to know what to use to attach the heatsink to the top of the IC. Is it glue, screws, a clamp...? The datasheet does not tell me this information.

    A. Hi Bob, thank you for your question. These are normally used with a thermal adhesive like 87-0328.
