The StarTech.com MUHSMF2M 2m 4-pole 3.5mm headset extension cable features a 1 x male and 1 x female 3.5mm TRRS audio connectors. You can use it to extend the reach between your headset or headphones, and your iPhone®, mobile phone or laptop computer. The moulded strain relief prevents the cable from being bent at sharp angles at the TRRS connectors, to minimize the stress on the cable and on the device's connector.
