C.K Dextro™ VDE Phillips Screwdrivers

These VDE screwdrivers give electricians exactly what they need - extra response, extra feel and extra speed. Their groundbreaking design was developed in consultation with professional electricians as part of CK's rigorous ongoing innovation programme.

• Polypropylene handle core, injection moulded around the blade with a TPE soft grip over-mould
• Long, fine neck for ultimate fingertip control
• Ergonomically shaped smooth, round head allows it to pivot easily in the palm
• Ridges along the head for that last ¼ turn of power when tightening down
• Non roll handle design
• Permanent tip type marking on the end of the handle for convenient identification
• Handles are shatterproof down to -35°C
• Contoured blade insulation for improved terminal access
• Blade and shaft made from chrome molybdenum vanadium steel, hardened to 57-59 HRC, black non peel finish
• Slotted 8mm and 10mm made from chrome vanadium steel, hardened to 53-55 HRC, black non peel finish
• Specially designed ribs positively engage with the screw slot to reduce the risk of cam-out and slipping
• GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit) safety marked
• Each screwdriver is individually tested to 10,000V to ensure completely safe working on live equipment up to 1,000V
• Fully approved to VDE 0682/201:2005 01 and IEC 60900:2004
• Blade torque capacity up to 20% over the International standards requirement
• Dimensional and performance standards to DIN 5260 ISO 2380 (slotted) DIN ISO 8764 (PZD/SDV/PH)
