Q. Would like to use this product inside a large outdoor terracota pot with small holes in the side and a solid lid (removeable). It would therefore be mounted (off the base of the pot) to face upwards inside the pot. Is this item suitable ?

A. Hi Bob, thanks for your question. Yes you can – naturally care must be taken when using mains voltage outdoors to keep the cable protected and connections dry and free from moisture ingress as much as possible.
