Blickle LEX-POEV Swivel Castors and Wheels - Ø 80/100/125/160/200mm

These LEX-POEV swivel castors and wheels from Blickle each feature a stainless steel swivel castor and top plate fitting, while some versions are equipped with a ‘stop-fix' brake.

The brackets are made of pressed high-quality, chromium-nickel stainless steel with a double ball bearing in the swivel head and swivel head seals. The excellent riveting process of the swivel head not only offers an increased service life achieved by the work hardening of the ball race grooves, but also smooth rolling characteristics, resulting in minimal swivel head play. Complete with a vibration-ground finish and bolted wheel axle which remains corrosion-resistant.

The vulcanised wheels have been manufactured with quality elastic solid rubber for high operational comfort, low-noise operation, low rolling/swivelling resistance and good floor preservation and are additionally - some versions are fitted with either ball bearing seals or a stainless steel roller bearing in the wheel hub. The centre of the wheels are made of high-quality, impact-resistant nylon.
