This leakage alarm unit uses electrolytic conductance measurement from two integrated, gold-plated electrodes mounted beneath the unit. When the electrodes detect liquid, a relay output is switched. The unit has adjustable feet in order to vary the level at which liquid is detected. The unit also features a potential free output and adjustable sensitivity and switching mode. Suitable for a wide variety of applications such as sanitary plants and water installations, monitoring of cooling systems, condensate switch for collection tanks, building automation, HVAC, etc.
