For simultaneous monitoring of minimum and maximum liquid levels in conductive liquids. The sensors (not supplied) can easily be made with contact surfaces on the container wall or with rod/cable electrodes.
Functionality: Four electrodes are installed in the liquid container so that they project into the medium as far as the desired switching point. The level is indicated by four LEDs corresponding to the water contact. When the container is completely empty, the red LED lights up. The lower two electrodes are used for switching a filling valve. The filling valve/pump is switched on when the lowest electrode is cleared and then switched off again when the second electrode is wetted (hysteresis). The upper two electrodes operate in the same way to control the upper level of a pump. The second channel does not have to be used. The switching response (fill/drain) can be selected via two plug-in jumpers. The electrode sensitivity can be adjusted using potentiometers. The valves/pump are actuated by two isolated relays with two-way contact.
Applications: Water supply/monitoring in rainwater tanks, monitoring of condensation water collectors and compressor receivers, hot water tanks, fountains and wells, cattle troughs, pump control.
