Alpha Robotics Amy Hospitality Delivery Robot

The Alpha Robotics Amy is a delivery robot developed for use in catering and hospitality environments, including restaurants, cafés, bars and similar service settings. It is designed to support front-of-house operations by automating food delivery, reception and plate return processes.

Amy can perform multiple service functions, including welcoming guests, delivering meals to designated tables and guiding the return of used dishes. This helps reduce manual workload, improve service efficiency and support consistent operation in busy environments.

Amy is equipped with a high-precision LiDAR sensor to enable accurate navigation within indoor spaces. It can detect and respond to real-time environmental changes, avoid obstacles and follow planned routes to deliver items to specified locations.

The multi-tray configuration allows the robot to carry multiple items at once, supporting efficient service across different catering scenarios. It can be used for both food delivery and plate collection, enabling continuous workflow within service areas.

For extended operation, Amy includes a high-capacity lithium battery capable of supporting up to approximately 8 hours of use. It also supports automatic return-to-charge functionality, allowing the robot to return to its charging station as required.
