The A1395SEHLT-T is a Hall effect sensor that provides a ratiometric voltage output that is directly proportional to an applied magnetic field. A user-selectable sleep mode minimises current consumption whilst allowing the sensor to retain sufficient sensitivity. The IC has BiCMOS monolithic circuitry that integrates a Hall element, temperature-compensating circuitry to reduce intrinsic sensitivity drift, small-signal, high-gain amplifier, and dynamic offset cancellation circuitry. The device is perfect for portable applications such as mobile phones, digital cameras and portable tools.
