Allegro A1203LLHLT-T Hall Effect Sensor IC Bipolar 3.8-24V 25mA -95 to 95 SOT23W

The A1203LLHLT-T is a bipolar Hall effect switch in a surface mounting SOT-23W package. The device is capable of continuous operation and features 150° high temperature operation, fast power-on time and low-noise operation. The IC includes, on a single chip, a voltage regulator, Hall-voltage generator, small-signal amplifier, Schmitt trigger and NMOS output transistor. The unique Hall element geometry and low-offset amplifiers help to minimise noise.
