This internal card reader from Akasa has 4 ports and can read the majority of popular memory cards from the front of a PC.

The AK-ICR-03USBV2 can be installed in a 8.9cm (3.5in) drive bay of a computer case and is capable of reading/writing memory cards of various formats. Additionally equipped with a USB 2.0 port, while an additional USB port allows connectivity for data transfer (480 Mb/s) from USB memory sticks or USB enabled mobile phones. Power comes via the internal USB connection.
