  • All orders are despatched via our international courier DHL. Please see the table below for average DHL shipping times:

  • Orders will be despatched on the same day if every item in the order is in stock, payment has been received and the order is placed before 3pm GMT on a UK working day
  • DHL tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you once the order leaves Rapid Electronics

How much does shipping cost?

  • The exact cost of shipping your order will depend on the size and weight of your goods and the country of destination
  • To find out your shipping cost, simply place the items you require in your shopping basket online and enter your delivery address details. The shipping cost will be calculated before you commit to the order

Some restrictions apply to Export customers and those sending goods overseas

  • Some items are unavailable for export – for a full list click here. Only in exceptional circumstances, where an agreement can be made with your courier and end customer, may it be possible to ship these items
  • PayPal is now available as a payment method to Export customers (ie. customers with an overseas invoice address) using our standard online ordering service. This option is only available when selecting GBP as your currency.
  • For customers based overseas placing orders over £/$/€ 1000 on the website, payment is by bank transfer. Your order will not be despatched until payment has been received (for customers with UK invoice addresses, but sending goods overseas, normal payment options will be available)
