E-Procurement Integration

Rapid is a supplier that is fully integrated within the following eProcurement platforms: Advanced (Science Warehouse), Proactis, CloudBuy, Jaggaer, Basware and PECOS.

If you already use any of these eProcurement providers you will be able to order from Rapid via a fully integrated punch out system and marketplace. If you are new to eProcurement, the benefits are considerable.

E-Procurement is a more efficient and cost-effective way to order goods and services. Suppliers are listed in each eProcurement system through a network of framework agreements, in which they are awarded preferred supplier status for specific product ranges or ‘Lots’.

For example, Rapid is a preferred supplier for all four Lots in the current National Universities Working Party on Electronic Components - Lot 1: Electronic Components and Service Aids; Lot 2: Tools and Fixings; Lot 3: Test and Measurement; Lot 4: Equipment and Batteries. This agreement runs until 2023. We are also proud to be an approved supplier for Lot 6 (Glass Consumables) within the IRLA (Inter Regional Laboratory Agreement) for Laboratory Consumables and Chemicals and for Lot 1 (Fine Art, Graphic & Crafting Materials) in the NEUPC (North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium) Arts & Crafts Materials Framework.
