How you can buy from Rapid on Proactis

Proactis is a Purchase to Pay (P2P) eProcurement platform which simplifies the purchasing process for educational institutions, offering savings, access to preferred suppliers, competitive advantage and accountability.

Rapid is fully integrated with Proactis. If your institution uses Proactis, you will be able to order from Rapid via a punchout system utilising these benefits:

• Better pricing due to access to designated supplier frameworks, such as NUWPEC and IRLA
• Access to national, regional and consortia pricing contracts
• Online ordering integrated within your own procurement system

Rapid is a preferred supplier for all four Lots in the current National Universities Working Party (NUWPEC) on Electronic Components: Electronic Components & Service Aids, Tools and Fixings, Test and Measurement Equipment and Batteries. This agreement runs until 2023. Rapid is also an approved supplier for Lot 6 (Glass Consumables) within the IRLA (Inter Regional Laboratory Agreement) for Laboratory Consumables and Chemicals.
