A 2-pole push button latching switch with integral red LED for right angled PCB mounting. Applications include pro audio and video processing equipment and broadcast and test equipment amplification.

The LED operation is independent of the switching function allowing designers to freely assign the LED illumination for a wide variety of status options.

Q. I note that none of the knobs recommended in response to Mr. Robert Weaver's question is transparent. Doesn't that rather defeat the object of an illuminated switch?

Q. I note that there is a momentary version listed in the data sheet. Do you supply it? If not, is it possible to change the action to momentary by removing the latching pin as in the 78-0500?

A. Hi Ian, thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not list the momentary action version if the latching mechanism is removed it could not be reversed as it is in 78-0500.
