The Microchip PIC12F683-I/MD 8-Bit microcontroller is a powerful, yet easy-to-program CMOS flash-based 8-bit microcontroller. The device has only 35 single word instructions with a 200ns instruction cycle. Operating speed is a faster 20MHz, and with a comparator, 128 bytes of EEPROM data memory makes this device ideal for education, industrial, appliances and consumer entry-level product applications that require to be field re-programmable. The PIC12F675 has an on-board 10-bit A/D converter.
