This fifth generation MakerBot Replicator is easy to use and is packed with brand-new features.

The MakerBot Replicator produces, three-dimensional, solid objects using PLA plastic filament from a spool and squeezes it out onto the build-plate in thin lines to build up your object layer by layer. A built-in camera allows you to monitor the progress of your object.

The MakerBot Desktop software translates 3D design files into instructions for the MakerBot Replicator to use. The instructions are fed to the MakerBot Replicator via a USB drive, USB cable, or via your local network.
