Front plates not rivited

Good connectors, good price, my only issue is the front metal plate is not riveted to the two ground tabs as it is on other similar connectors. This means that if you unscrew the jack posts, the front metal piece will fall off. Fine if you need the posts as is, but not ideal if you don't need them, or need to unscrew them to fit to a panel.
