Q. I hope to use TE Connectivity Mate-N-Lock connectors. The pins (e.g. https://www.rapidonline.com/te-connectivity-926894-1-universal-mate-n-lok-crimp-pin-600v-20-14-awg-50-1693 ) need to be crimped. The TE crimp tool is very expensive and I only have around 100 pins to crimp. Is there an alternative crimp tool or a more economical way to do it? Thanks for any help you can give. Tom
A. Hi Tom, thank you for your question. As these are an industrial based product the tool is the recommended method to crimp them. These could also be soldered we would not suggest an alternative method to crimp these.
