This is the exact switch you need if your MK1 Beat Buddy starts acting strange. It lasts a lot longer than 10,000 cycles in my experience.

Good switch, but clicks

I've used these for footswitching in guitar effects for years and they are overall great, compact and strong, with a positive feel, you can tell if you've switched them or not by feel. The only quibble is that they make quite a noticeable click acoustically when you switch them, in a loud band that wouldn't matter, but if you play in quieter environments it can be really annoying.

Great sturdy switch

I used this to replace a footswitch in a guitar effects pedal (Marshall blues breaker). It is much sturdier than the one that was already installed, was exactly the right dimensions and thus made a great replacement.
