The Alpha 16 is a slim, miniature WiFi dedicated antenna from Siretta with a footprint size of only 35.5 x 39.9mm. It will fit discreetly onto most surfaces, whether on a work top or the side of a wireless modem, you will not be stuck for mounting positions. The antenna is supplied with a 3M adhesive base, making it perfect for quick and simple installation onto a number of different surface materials such as: metal, glass, wood and plastic. The use of an adhesive base takes away the need to drill holes or apply adhesives - simply 'peel & press' the antenna into its desired position.
The Alpha 16 is tuned to operate within the 2.4 to 2.5GHz frequencies, making it perfect for WiFi, Bluetooth and Zigbee applications. The Alpha 16 achieves a peak gain of 2dBi, helping to improve the short range signal transmission / reception of your WiFi modems, Bluetooth gadgets or even your low power ZigBee sensor.
