The nRF24L01+ Module from Seeed Studio is a tiny RF transmitter/receiver on the 2.4GHz ISM band which can be driven by a microcontroller such as the Arduino. The microcontroller interface is via high-speed SPI leaving most of your MCU pins free. If you want to run your project from batteries then this module is an excellent choice with its ultra-low power consumption.
Seeed provide technical documentation, example projects and software libraries on their product pages. if you require this information please visit this product's page.
