Q. What is magnetic pull force of these connectors?
A. Hi Toby, thank you for your question. Please see the supplier's response: "Magnet to magnet contact pull force is approx. 3.75kg - at a distance of 10mm this reduces to 0.44kg".

Q. can this be used for 12volt
A. Hi Daniel, thank you for your question. This will be fine to run off 12V DC.
Q. Are these available as 2 conductor?
A. Hi Scott. Thank you for your question. These are just a single connect and are not available as a double connection.
Q. is the conductor flexible or solid cable
A. Hi Colin. Thank you for your question. The conductor is made of a very flexible single solid-core conductor.
Q. Hi is the the conductor shown insulated or bare
A. Hi Colin. Thank you for your question. The conductor is bare.
Q. hi, i am looking to make multiple small connections using magnetic connectors such as these, however i need to know the dimentions of the magnets to enshore i can fit them in the space i have. what is the diameter and depth of these magents? thanks
A. Hi Chris, thanks for your question. The diameter of these magnets is 6mm and the depth is 5mm.
Q. Hi, I want to know if this MAGTAG connector has two isolated conductors.
A. Hi Susana. Thank you for your question. The conductors are not isolated from the magnets on these products.
Q. Hi ,would these items be suitable for adapting the power input connection to a laptop?.Many thanks, Peter.
A. Hi Peter, thanks for your question about the magnetic connectors. The contacts have an 8A capacity – but no voltage max is listed, so care must be taken as the leads are exposed normally.
Q. I am doing some toy modeling. I am needing a way to run electricity through a modeled multi-level building in such a way that the floors of the building can be taken apart for kids to play with...but still have wiring run to the top floors to have lighting work. The lighting is LED Lighting powered by AAA batteries. Would this item work to make the power connection when the model is together...but allow it to be easily taken apart when kids are playing?
A. Thanks for your enquiry Clayton. Yes this product would be suitable for your needs.
