Q. This is a question about any of the Economy Photoetch Board you stock. As a school teacher my students have used your economy photetch board for many years. I am currently planning a new curriculum and am surprised to see that all the economy photoetch range you stock are limited. I need a long term supply of photo etch board so please can you advise on what photoetch products you are going to stock.
A. Hi Mark, thank you for your question. These are eventually going to be replaced with this range.

caution needed

we found that the chemical composition of the photoresist has changed slightly resulting in less exposure time and slightly weaker developing solution. do a test first.

Good product and value for Money , arrived on time as expected, drafted PCD and all worked well, very good for building you prototype PCB for your DIY projects.

Works every time

Reliable and of a very good quality. I have used this board for years and it is just as good as the more expensive version. The only thing to watch out for is a lack of/inconsistent coverage of etch resist sometimes at the edge - so best not to have important mask lines tight to the side! It also cuts well/cleanly when using a guillotine and i have found that the top takes paint and permanent marker well too.

Great for general purpose or hobby use and fast and easy to drill, however be carfull about using art-work that goes right to the edge of the board. Ive had a lot of pieces where the photo-resist dosnt go right to the edge so the copper just gets eaten away, which is annoying.
