Rohde & Schwarz HZO40 Differential Probe Set Insulated 200MHz 10:1 60V

The Rohde & Schwarz HZO40 is an Insulated Differential Probe Set which is best suited for measurements of high-speed differential signals. These signals are commonly used in digital and power applications and especially for serial buses like CAN. The probe set can be powered by USB or battery and is compatible with all oscilloscopes with 50Ω BNC inputs.

Scopes without a 50Ω input need a 50Ω feed through a BNC adapter like the Rohde & Schwarz HZ22. The probe has a high input resistance of 1MΩ combined with 7pF input capacitance. The attenuation of this probe is 10:1, which broadens the application range.

Typical applications: Differential signals like CAN Bus or LVDS and DC-DC converter
