The Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3 + Lite (CM3+ Lite) is a DDR2 SODIMM, mechanically compatible System on Modules (SoMs) which contains a processor, memory, and supporting power circuitry.
These modules allow a designer to leverage the Raspberry Pi hardware and software stack in their own custom systems and form factors. In addition the modules have extra I/O interfaces over and above what is available on the Raspberry Pi model A/B boards, providing more options and increasing rapid development for the designer.
The CM3+ contains the main parts of a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ (the BCM2837 processor and 1GB RAM) as well as an optional eMMC Flash device of 8GB, 16GB or 32GB (which is the equivalent of the SD card in the Pi).
The Compute Module 3 + has a 200 pin SODIMM design. The Compute Module 3+ 16GB has a 200 pin SODIMM design and contains 16GB of on-board eMMC flash memory.

The Compute Module 3+ will continue to be manufactured until at least January 2026. This product is not recommended for integration into new product designs; we would recommend Compute Module 4S or newer.
