R-TECH Kapton Tape is a high quality Kapton Polyimide Masking Tape for use in high temperature electrical applications.
The tape has excellent electrical and thermal insulation properties. It is highly resistant to thermal radiation and has good adhesive and release properties.

Applications include: PCB assembly - as a wave/dip solder masking tape, as a wire and cable wrap and other applications where a thin, tough insulating material is required, such as wrapping of capacitors, coils and transformers. It can also be used for masking during powder coating processes.


Ideal for masking off areas of printed circuit boards (PCBs) during soldering.

  • Available in Tape Widths: 12mm, 19mm and 25mm
  • Polyimide film tape with silicone adhesive
