PureFlow 99C is a high purity lead-free solder, suitable for many surface-mount applications. It has been formulated as an economical lead-free alternative to traditional tin/lead solders and to give a cost-effective balance of cost against performance.

• 0.45 to 0.9% copper, remainder tin
• Reduced drossing
• Better reliability than Tin/Lead solder
• Less dense than Tin/Lead - more joints per kilo
• Melting point 227°C to 240°C
• Optimum solder bath temperature 270°C ± 10°C
