PIC12F6 8-bit Microcontrollers

This powerful yet easy-to-program CMOS Flash-based 8-bit microcontroller packs Microchip's powerful PIC architecture into an 8-pin package. The device has only 35 single word instructions with a 200ns instruction cycle. Operating speed is a faster 20MHz, and with a comparator, 128 bytes of EEPROM data memory makes this device ideal for education, industrial, appliances and consumer entry-level product applications that require to be field re-programmable. The PIC12F675 has an on-board 10-bit A/D converter.
