Olimex SHIELD-LCD-16X2 Arduino Compatible LCD Shield

The Olimex Shield-LCD-16X2 Arduino compatible display shield accepts commands via serial UART or I2C. With two rows of 16 characters the display is backlit and features 4 user buttons plus RESET. Application programming examples and an Arduino library are available from Olimex. The core of the device is a PIC MCU and an ICSP connector is available for programming.
