NXP SA602AN/01,112 Mixer + Oscillator for 500 MHz DIL-8

This device is a low power, VHF monolithic double-balanced mixer with input amplifier, on-board oscillator, and voltage regulator. Designed for high performance, low power communication systems and particularly well suited for cellular radio applications. The mixer is of the Gilbert Cell multiplier type and typically privides 18dB of gain. The onboard oscillator operates up to 200MHz and can be configured as a xtal oscillator, tuned tank oscillator, or a buffer for an external LO.

The gain, intercept performance, low power and noise characteristics make this device ideal for high performance battery operated equipment in applications such as cellular radio mixer/oscillator, portable radio, VHF transceivers, RF data links, HF/VHF frequency conversion, instrumentation frequency conversion, broadband LANs.
