MitchElectronics 4017 Light Chaser Kit

A kit of parts for you to build into a 10-LED light-chaser.

The 4017 is a 5-stage Johnson counter that has 10 outputs which turn on one after another. This IC is a commonly used 4000 series part and can be used in many scenarios including finite state machines, simple counters and even time division.

With this kit you will build a 4017 based variable light chaser that is great for creating futuristic sci-fi looking displays and lighting effects.
