The MPLAB XC8 is an ANSI C compiler that is intended for use with PIC10/13/16/18 family of Microchip microcontrollers. The compiler is fully-featured and highly optimised and integrates into the MPLAB IDE and is also compatible with all Microchip debuggers and emulators.
