The Martindale PL8 industrial plug lock-out completely encloses a plug to prevent accidental reconnection, for example, after becoming faulty or failing a PAT test.

Once the plug has been inserted, the lock-out device should be locked with a suitable padlock and have a completed warning tag attached.
