I have used this model of lamp for many years, both in my current, and a previous job. Can't fault them for the price and performance. My only small comment is that the two I bought recently seemed to have less weight in the base - meaning that with the head tilted fully forward, the lamp can sometimes be slightly unstable - I don't remember this problem with older versions of the same lamp?

We have an ageing group of employees and these magnifiers are a great aid as eyesight starts to deteriorate. We have now bought 6 of these and so far no problems.
