These cable knives from Knipex have been designed with comfort in mind, thanks to the ergonomically improved handle shape featuring a comfortable slip guard. The confident grip is manufactued with slip-proof soft components, while the thumb recess and "finger hook" at the end of the handle ensure a good transmission of force when the blade is pulled.

Other features include the solid, fixed straight blade and transparent protective cap, while the 98 54 version has a plastic coated on the back of the blade to avoid short circuits.
