A 200 x 120 x 2mm Softtherm 86/200 thermal pad that is a highly elastic, ceramic-filled film that has excellent compressability and optimum plasticity as well as good thermal conductivity and electrical performance. The mechanical performance of this pad makes it ideal for compensating for differences in the planarity of components and surfaces and also in pressure-sensitive applications. Suitable application areas include RD-RAM memory modules, heat pipe thermal solutions, automotive engine systems, control units, plasma supply consoles.
