A 20 x 20 x 0.3mm double-sided adhesive film which is a ceramic-filled thermally conductive pad that has high thermal conductivity and good dielectric properties. The excellent adhesion behaviour and soft surface finish together with light weight, easy handling and high elasticity makes this thermal pad ideal for applications where surface conformity and ease of installation are issues. Q. Can these pads be cut to size? Also, could a piece be used to bond an IC heatsink - 50-0182 for example, to a DIL IC ?
A. Hi Joe, thank you for your question. The Keratherm KL90 Thermally Conductive Double Sided Pads can be cut if required. They are sticky on both sides so can be used to attach heat sinks to chips etc.
