Q. Hi Their Could this be used in a car to ascertain where the door seals are leaking, eg where the smoke would come out from there must be a gap ?

A. Hi Richard. Thank you for your question. I don't see why not - the smoke itself will only make the fabric and the car smell a bit but in theory I can see no problems with the application you have mentioned.
