A watertight grey Polycarbonate (PC) enclosure with styled lid from Hammond's 1555 series.

• Styled lid version has smooth recessed surface for membrane keypad or label, standoffs inside the lid and a more modern look
• Dimensions: 105 x 105 x 90mm
• Ideally suited to mounting printed circuit boards or DIN rail mounted components
• Moulded from UL94-5VA general purpose Polycarbonate (PC) material
• Colour: light grey (RAL 7035)
• Gasketed lid with two piece 'tongue & groove' construction provides protection against access of oil, dust and water
• Replaceable one-piece gasket made from high temperature, U.L. listed silicone
• Gasket is supplied loose inside the enclosure (not pre-installed)
• IP rating: IP66
• Lid secured with included M4 stainless steel machine screws which are threaded into integral stainless steel bushes for repetitive assembly & disassembly
• All hardware is stainless steel to avoid corrosion caused by dissimilar metals
• Lid screws are self-captivating (lid holes are threaded with the first installation of lid screws)
• Internal moulded DIN rail mounting tabs
• Threaded (M3) integral brass inserts and/or standoffs (#6 self tapping screws) for P.C. board or inner panel mounting
• Vertical P.C. card guides (for 1.5mm thick P.C. boards)
