Cosmetically Rough
I ordered three of these boards recently. They all had multiple scratches on the plain (non-treated) sides. While these scratches do not affect electrical performance, they look ugly and detract from the final appearance of the project. There is no point in sending them back as other stock is probably the same and I can use them for prototyping. However, I do think Rapid should check their stock of this product to determine whether it meets minimum acceptable standards. Why cannot the manufacturer put a protective peel-off film on both sides of these boards?
