This everyday tester is ideal for all domestic applications covering all the basic needs for testing to the 17th Edition wiring regulations / Part P of the building regulations. The Fluke 1651b performs tests of residual current activated devices (RCDs), in addition to the primary tests of voltage, frequency, continuity, insulation resistance, loop impedance, PSC and PFC tests; it uses a unique and patented advanced loop measurement technology to prevent electronic and passive type RCDs from tripping during earth-loop testing, whilst also giving highly consistent and repeatable results.
