Extech TM55 Pocket Fold Up Penetration Thermometer

The Extech Instruments TM55 is a Pocket Fold-Up Food Thermometer that is NFS Certified. It is used for measuring the temperature of liquids, pastes, and semi-solids for all purpose food checks. The TM55 was designed for use in the food industry, in homes, businesses, laboratories, agricultural applications (for soil), and educational facilities.

The TM55 has a IP65 splash proof rating and features a convenient 2.4 inch folding stainless steel food temperature probe. This device is shipped fully tested and calibrated and with proper use, will provide years of reliable service.
