Q. Hi, can the "lid" be removed to release pouch jams? I find sometimes the students jam the machine and don't press reverse in time so I need to take the top off to get the jammed pouch out.
A. Hi Trudy, thank you for your question. The lid can be removed but presents hazards as such only a qualified person should attempt any type of repair.

A. Hi Josh, thanks for your question. The lowest operating temperature of this laminator is 90 - 100 degrees C.

Q. Could you tell me the maximum temperature that the laminator will go up to. Thank you
A. Hi Paul. Thank you for your question. The maximum temperature would be 185°C but you don't often need to laminate at this temperature.
