Q. Hi, can the "lid" be removed to release pouch jams? I find sometimes the students jam the machine and don't press reverse in time so I need to take the top off to get the jammed pouch out.

A. Hi Trudy, thank you for your question. The lid can be removed but presents hazards as such only a qualified person should attempt any type of repair.
