The DishTemp® dishwasher thermometer from ETI simulates a plate as it's cleaned and sanitised in a commercial dishwasher, accurately recording the maximum surface temperature at the touch of a button. This thermometer eliminates the need for costly and inaccurate test strips that don't stay in place and don't record temperature at the plate surface.

Built to survive daily use in professional kitchens, the DishTemp indicates temperature within a range of 0 and 90°C with a resolution of 0.1° and an accuracy of ±0.5°C. Incorporating a durable water-tight seal, this unit is waterproof to IP66 and is supplied complete with a traceable certificate of calibration.
