Q. How can I specify the type of connection for solder version on order, is there a number for individual terminations ie ' type 8'.
A. Hi John. Thank you for your question. The only type "8" solder type we stock is grey 17-1446.

Q. 1) Which type is for a soldered connection? 2) How does type 6 make connections?
A. Hi Greg. Thank you for your question. Type 8 is for purely solder connection although types 2 and 7 could also be soldered but more usually faston/female receptacle. Type 6 requires a M3 male screw.
