The
Digilent Cora Z7 FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) development board is a low cost, ready-to-use and easily embeddable development platform that is designed around the powerful
Zynq-7000 All-Programmable System-on-Chip (APSoC) from Xilinx.
A single core 667MHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor is tightly integrated with a Xilinx 7-series FPGA, a pairing that gives the ability to surround the processor with a unique set of software-defined peripherals and controllers, and set up your development board to the requirements of your project.
The on-board SD Card slot, Ethernet, and Power solution allow the
Cora Z7 to operate independently of a host computer. The board has a wide array of hardware interfaces and general purpose I/O pins that make it ideal for developing embedded applications. The small form factor and mounting holes give the board an advantage when it is used as a component of a larger solution.
