The DH‑Robotics DH‑3 is a three‑finger adaptive electric gripper designed for collaborative robot applications requiring flexible and secure handling of irregular, round or lightweight workpieces. Using a linkage‑type adaptive mechanism, the DH‑3 supports envelope grasping, allowing the fingers to automatically conform to different object shapes without manual adjustment.
The gripper offers a gripping force of 10–65 N per jaw and a maximum stroke of 122 mm (centric) or 106 mm (parallel), making it suitable for handling components up to 1.8 kg. A 0.7 second open/close time and ±0.03 mm repeat positioning accuracy support consistent and efficient automation tasks.
Designed for rapid integration, the DH‑3 features plug‑and‑play installation, adjustable parameters and intelligent feedback. It operates from a 24 V DC supply and supports Modbus RTU (RS485) and Digital I/O as standard, with optional industrial communication interfaces available. Replaceable fingertips and a self‑locking function further enhance adaptability and operational stability.
The DH‑3 is rated IP40, operates in environments from 0 to 40 °C, and is CE, FCC and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for light industrial and collaborative robot applications.
