This DFRobot Bluetooth Bee Bluetooth wireless module employs the XBEE design. Its pinout is compatible with XBEE making it suitable for all microcontrollers, such as Arduino, that have a 3.3V power output. The module also supports AT commands for parameter setting when used with an XBEE adapter, not included.
The Bluetooth Bee module comes with an on-board antenna that provides excellent signal quality. The module acts like a transparent serial port and works with a variety of Bluetooth adapters and Bluetooth phones.
The module has been tested with all the Bluetooth adapters on the market including laptops and mobile phones.
This Arduino Bluetooth module fits the Gravity Arduino IO Expansion shield, Gravity Mega Sensor Shield, Romeo V2 and DFRduino Leonardo which have an XBEE socket.
