This 1m LED strip contain 60x super high brightness warm white LEDs on a flexible PCB with self-adhesive backing. The strip can be cut in to individual pieces or to other lengths as required. The LEDs operate directly from 12V DC and have low power consumption and high intensity, making them suitable for applications such as channel letter signs, indirect accent decor lights, large area backlighting, under counter lighting, contour lighting, etc.

Sign InI needed white LED lamps to illuminate the items on display in a glass fronted wall unit in my home. I did not need lamps at 16.5mm spacing (as the strips are supplied), but rather at about 100mm spacing. The ability to cut individual lamp sections, from the strip allowed me to use solder connections, with 90mm lengths of insulated 7/0.2 wire to make chains of lamps. The illumination level is just right for the application (as testified by my wife).
